God's plan for the future is better than my plan, and His plan is certainly better than having no plans at all...

Remember that one time I was sitting at my desk the other night when a Facebook notification popped up on my desktop that a former "friend" I had unfriended last year after I found out my former fiancé had been "talking" to her last summer during one of our break-ups, had liked one of my pictures and then must've quickly unliked it by the time I looked at it?
Yeah... this one. This picture with some very dear long-time friends who showed up for my niece, Sydney's, wedding in Kentucky. All friends of my sister Kaysy, her mother, who passed away when she was 8 months old. No doubt the "like" was accidental and no doubt she was hoping I didn't get notified, but thanks, universe, for making me overthink this unnecessary nonsense.

And how did she even see it if we're not friends anymore, you ask? Because I had the post privacy set to "public" on all those wedding photos, even though most of my posts can only be seen by my Facebook friends.
In addition to being bad at stalking, she's also bad at being, I won't even say a friend, I'll just say bad at being a now former acquaintance, since they first met when I introduced them while I was talking to her at a holiday party a couple years ago. Classy. But I'll assume she was looking at my page to see if we're still together, perhaps in attempt to step into my shoes again? Or maybe she just wanted to get a closer look at my cute brown dress and her hand slipped onto the like button. One will never know.
(It was Amazon, btw ;-)
And then there's that good ol' "Soonerfan" ex that can't seem to get enough of my every move for over 5 years and is also bad at stalking me everywhere, including even Poshmark of all places, since she must've accidentally liked (and never unliked) one of my items for sale. No doubt she's still fascinated and reading here though, since she can't find me anywhere else anymore. SMH
I mean unless they want me to know they're stalking by accidentally liking posts, in which case I'll suggest maybe finding something else more productive to do... perhaps a hobby, or maybe even some exercise. Not, of course, with me ever again though thankyouverymuch.
I'm also reminded that I should probably pray for them, as well as for my own ability to not dwell on unnecessary nonsense.
In other news, all is good. Staying busy with work and looking forward to celebrating Thanksgiving with my family, beginning with a fun workout that morning with my friends. I'm happy to say the restaurant will be closed that day so I'll have a couple days off before the holiday madness hits. And actually, it already has since we've had decent weather lately. That's a good thing!
As always... I have so much for which to be grateful, and I know that God is good all the time, no matter the season or chapter. I am truly blessed!
Happy Thanksgiving and sending much love to you and your loved ones. May your blessings be plentiful always, but especially as this year is coming to an end! ♥
XOXO
