"When the time is right... "

So I had 5 young people that I seated at a table today. I'd say late 20's early 30's, and one of whom I would later realize was a priest as I caught a glimpse of his black and white collar under the Blues jacket he was wearing.
I brought their waters and took their food orders. They were all very kind, polite and appreciative of everything I did in service for them.
At one point as I was refilling water for one of the young ladies, she said to me as she noticed my wrist... "Oh my goodness, I love your tattoo!"
I said, "Oh thank you!"
She replied, "Isaiah 60:22...do you happen to know what that verse is?"
I said, "Yes... When the time is right, I the Lord, will make it happen."
She replied, "Oh wow. I've been praying specifically about that."
I said, "Well, there's your sign. God heard your prayers."
And I cannot even begin to describe the amount of goosebumps, shivers, God bumps, whatever you want to call it, that covered me literally from the top of my head over my entire body as I turned around to walk away from the table. It was overwhelming.
So I walked back to her and said, "He most definitely hears you because I'm so overwhelmed right now with goosebumps."
She had the biggest smile and said, "Thank you so much!"
And then I had to take a few deep breaths and try not to burst into tears. It's still making me want to cry just thinking about it.
As much as I wonder sometimes why I work in this industry, there are many times like this when I'm reminded that God is using me in the way that He sees fit. And I'm reminded that my life will continue to unfold in HIs timing, whatever that means.
Maybe someone else needed to hear this today too, so I thought I'd share.
Hope you all had a Happy Easter!
XOXO
